Deliverables
Deliverables are the tangible or intangible work products that a contractor is required to produce, submit, and have accepted under a contract. They can include documents, reports, software, hardware, training sessions, or any other output specified in the statement of work.
Each deliverable typically has a defined format, content requirements, submission timeline, review process, and acceptance criteria. In government contracts, deliverables are tracked through a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) that specifies exactly what must be delivered, when, and in what format.
A well-defined deliverables schedule in your proposal demonstrates project management maturity and helps evaluators understand your execution approach. It should align with project milestones, account for review and revision cycles, and clearly identify dependencies between deliverables.
